PhillyRUA has leftover monies from the relief fund we started in 2020. Our current goal is to spend down the monies and distribute it in Philadelphia’s sex working communities. We are accepting applications on a rolling basis until the money is spent, at which time this current relief fund will close out.
The goal for this application is three-fold:
Finish spending the remaining monies leftover from fundraising for the relief fund from 2020 - 2022.
Get to know who is working in Philadelphia and learn more about how people are currently working.
Identify what sex workers and erotic laborers in Philadelphia need from a city-wide collective that serves them.
This application may take up to twenty minutes to finish. The more information you provide, the more you help us shape the future of this collective.
In order to protect the privacy of applicants, we are asking people to use their work names, work contact, and payapps associated with their working persona wherever possible. While Jotform is encrypted, it collects IP addresses of the applicant. After your application is processed, any information that identifies the applicant personally will be erased.

We are asking questions that we believe address important concerns for sex workers in Philadelphia and will benefit the sex working community. We are also interested in gathering information that will help us continue working to build a sex worker collective that meets people's current and emerging needs and fosters a sense of community. Our information gathering approach is informed by the Youth Justice Coalition's community action research center. Their statement can be found here.
